HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

To place an order, simply choose the item(s) you'd like to buy and add them to your cart. Once you're ready, go to the checkout page, enter your personal details, and complete the payment. After your order is successfully placed, you'll receive a confirmation email at the address you provided during checkout. If you don’t receive this, feel free to contact us for assistance.

 

To ensure efficient processing and delivery, we kindly ask customers to place separate orders for available items and pre-order items, as the shipping time will be the same for both. Combining these items in a single order means your shipment will be sent only when the pre-order items are ready, which may delay the delivery of your available items. Placing separate orders allows us to deliver your items as promptly as possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

 

You can place an order without signing into an account, but a valid email and contact information are required. You also have the option to create an account at checkout to make future purchases easier and receive special offers.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your package is on its way.

Pre-order items could take longer within 7-14 business days.

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. During sale events and new collection launches, there may be a slightly longer processing time.
