Bali Area Shipping

For our customers in Bali, we offer quick and affordable local delivery options to make sure your orders arrive in time for your island adventures:

Same-Day Delivery

  • Delivery Time: Within 24 hours for orders placed before 12 PM
  • Cost: It depends of the location (free for orders over IDR 500,000), please contact our Customer Service to choose same-day delivery.
  • Courier: Grab Express / GoSend
Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 2-3 business days
  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on location and order weight, or check here
  • Courier: JNE

Domestic Shipping (Indonesia)

We offer shipping across all regions of Indonesia, with various options to suit your needs:

Free standard shipping on orders over IDR 500,000 within Indonesia.


International Shipping

We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping! Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees, which are not included in the shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.

Standard International Shipping:

  • Delivery Time: 3-14 business days (depending on the destination)
  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight
  • Courier: DHL Express
Important Notes

Customs & Duties: When placing an international order, please note that the shipping costs do not include any additional charges such as customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges may be applied by your country's customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs Clearance: Delays may occur if customs clearance processes take longer than expected. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Remote Areas: Additional shipping fees may apply for deliveries to remote areas.

Shipping Delays: We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but all shipping times are estimates. Please note that delays may occur due to customs, public holidays, or courier issues beyond our control.

ORDER PROCESSING

We process and ship orders Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business day after the original payment.

For the Pre-Order items could take 7-14 business days after the original payment.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order directly through the courier’s website.

LOST OR DAMAGE PACKAGE

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number. We will assist as much as possible to resolve any issues.
